I don't see what I'm looking for on your website. Can I custom order something?
Yes! You can message or call or text us, and we will do our best to accommodate you!
What do you mean by substitutions? Will I still get the same price point and look?
Flowers are seasonal and we may not be able to source certain flowers on our website at the time you order. We only use the freshest flowers, so sometimes we just don't have certain ones in stock. We substitute with stems that are the same price point, so you always get what you pay for. We will select flowers so the arrangement has the same look and feel.
Do you deliver to hospitals and care homes?
Yes we do. Information to provide us with: Name of Person. Room Number. Are they allowed flowers.

How do I keep the arrangement fresh the longest?
Fresh water is key for keeping your flowers fresh! For arrangements in vase, change your water with fresh cool water every couple days. Cut your stems with a sharp knife or clippers on an angle. Pull out any stems that are no longer looking fresh.
I want to send a bouquet to someone at their workplace business. Will the flowers stay fresh until they get home?
As long as they are kept at a good temperature (not out in the heat for example) they should be just fine. We deliver bouquets with a water bubble so they will have a water source. When they get home they can simply pop it into a vase. It will be sent in a water bubble, wrapped in paper which also protects the stems, tied with a bow and placed in our white signature box, to keep it steady and upright while looking amazing on your loved ones desk or work area.
