Shipping policy

We phone recipient the day of the delivery to ensure someone is home to receive the order. Please provide the phone number to best reach the recipient. If you do not wish to have the recipient contacted prior to to delivery, please state this in the order form.

  In the event no one is available to receive the order, it will be left in a secure location at the delivery drivers discretion, such as a shady covered spot, with a trusty neighbour, or front reception. We are not responsible for deliveries left due to no contact.While  we make our best attempts to deliver, it is ultimately the senders responsibility to ensure the recipient will be available to receive the order.
