Delivery

Same day delivery available if ordered before 11:00 am weekdays and weekends. Delivery times for same day orders is between 5-8 pm.

Please order ahead for specific delivery times. We do not accommodate specific delivery times for same day orders.

Same day orders on weekdays are normally delivered late afternoon/early evening (5-8pm) and mornings/early afternoons (9am-12pm) on weekends.  If the order is going to a business that closes before then, or needs to be out sooner, please order a day ahead. If we cannot reach a same day order recipient due to them not being home or a business being closed we will try delivering again the next day. 

Please leave the RECIPIENTS phone number so we can make sure they are home to recieve the order. In the notes CARD SECTION you can leave their number as well as any other important information along with their card message. We can read through that and be clear on any instructions. $25.00   10 Km to 20 Km (Cultus Lake Lindell Beach Yarrow Fairfield Island  Rosedale)

$30.00   20 Km to 30 Km  (Ryder Lake Agassiz Columbia Valley)

$45.00   30 Km to 40 Km  (Harrison Abbotsford)

$65.00  40 Km to 60 Km  (Hope Mission)

Please provide a phone number to best reach the recipient. If no one is home to receive the order we may need to call them to arrange a more suitable time. If you do not wish to have the recipient contacted prior to delivery, please state this in the order form.

In the event no one is home to receive the order, it will be left in a secure location, such as a shady/covered discreet spot, with a trusty neighbour, or front desk reception, at the delivery drivers discretion.  Sometimes due to weather conditions we are unable to leave the arrangement outside. In this case we may try again, call the recipient or sender to arrange delivery. 

While we make our best attempts as possible to deliver, it is ultimately the senders responsibility to ensure the recipient will be available to receive the order. We are not responsible for deliveries left due to no contact or unavailability.
