Refund policy

If you have concerns with your arrangement please let us know! We want you to be happy.  Generally we will pick up the arrangement in question and replace it with a different one. 

Cut flowers don't last forever, however there are steps you can do to ensure a longer vase life. Keep your arrangement in a cooler spot away from direst sun. Change the water daily and give your stems a fresh cut on a 45 degree angle. Remove any leaves that sit below the water and take out any stems that are not looking so fresh any longer.
